Every batch passes incoming, in-process and final inspection — plus stretch, opacity and wash tests — so your customers get consistent, return-free product.
Yarn and trims are verified on arrival for composition, weight and color against the approved standard. We reject lots that drift outside tolerance before they enter production, because fabric is where most quality problems start.
Operators and line QCs check seams, elasticity and construction at key stages — four-needle six-thread consistency, waistband alignment, no front seam on specified styles. Issues are caught on the line, not after the carton is sealed.
Finished goods are graded for opacity (squat-proof), four-way stretch recovery, colorfastness and wash durability. Problematic batches are reworked or scrapped; only passing goods are cartoned and shipped against your PO.
Yes — opacity is a standard test on every batch; see-through fabric is rejected before shipping.
We can provide inspection summaries and test notes per batch to support your quality records.
